Flight Case Hardware
Enhance your Flight Case with optional extra hardware
When planning your next case or project, we here to help and discuss the best options based on your needs. To ensure you get the most from your new flight case, weve detailed some of the optional hardware upgrades you may see and how they can help get the most from your case.
Flight Case Handles
Flight Case Handles are an essential part of any flight case, designed to enhance functionality and ease of transport.
We offer a varied range of handles tailored to suit flight case types and users needs.
While recessed handles are the most common choice for our cases, we also offer alternative handle types depending on the specific requirements of the case, these include:
- Surface-Mounted Handles
- Briefcase/Techno Handles
- Pull-Out Handles
- Spring-Loaded Handles
- Edge Handles
These are just a few options available, and the decision will depend on several factors, including the case's purpose, weight, and how frequently it will be used/moved. Each handle option will offer its own unique benefits to help ensure your flight case meets its needs.
Flight Case Tour Label Dish
A flight case label dish is a metal plate that is added onto the flight case, providing a dedicated space to securely attach tour labels. These labels are essential for identifying and tracking equipment.
Flight case label dishes come in a variety of sizes, although our most popular sizes accommodate 177 x 127mm labels and 210 x 150mm labels.
Why not stick the tour label to the case?
A label dish is recessed, which prevents the tour label from being removed or damaged when stacking or loading/unloading the case during events.
Not only that, labels can be swapped out or updated without damaging the case surface.
Tour labels are widely used in industries such as touring, live events, and film, where cases are frequently moved between locations and vehicles.

Flight Case Stacking Castor Dishes
Stacking Castor Dishes are recessed flight case components that are manufactured into the top of the case. They securely hold the wheels of another case in place when stacked on top.
The stacking castor dishes help to improve stability, allow for vertical stacking (saving storage space), and increase safety as the stacked cases are less likely to move.
They are beneficial for a number of industries where maximising storage space and increasing stability are important.
Flight Case Latches
Flight Case Latches are an essential part of any flight case, critical for keeping a flight case securely closed during transportation and preventing accidentally opening.
We offer a varied range of latches tailored to suit flight case types and users needs.
Butterfly latches may be a common latch on a flight case, we are able to provide various others that may be more suitable to your needs and/or style of flight case.
- Slam Latches
- Surface Latches
- Overlatches
- Lockable and Non-Lockable Latches
These are just a few options available, and the decision may vary depending on several factors, including the case's purpose, weight, and how frequently it will be used/moved. Each latch option will offer its own benefits to help ensure your flight case meets its needs.
Flight Case Castors
Castors are an essential component of many flight cases and are designed to make transporting heavy equipment effortless across various environments.
With a range of sizes and weight capacities, castors can be adjusted to suit different equipment and usage requirements.
Types of Flight Case Castors
Choosing the right castors enhances both the functionality and safety of your flight case.
Black Aluminium and Hardware
