When will my case arrive?
For in stock items that are shipped before 1 pm this can vary depending on your location although in most cases UK and US customers receive their items within 24 hours in most cases.
For custom cases, upon completion should again arrive within 24 hours for UK customers. The weight and dimensions of the case will determine estimated time of arrival for US and International customers so we recommend you contact us should you have any further questions.
Tracking will be provided for shipments so you can see when your item is expected to arrive.
How long does a case take to build
Our sales team work closely with our clients to ensure the custom flight case is exact to your requirements. Once our sales team have had the build signed up off by you, this then gets passed onto our workshop team ready to be built and this can take between 7 - 10 working days.
We work closely with our clients to meet deadlines, tours or shows so please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I collect my case?

If you prefer before getting a quote, you can visit our team and bring the items you wish to protect. This is always a great way for us to measure and discuss the potential flight case in person.
Can I discuss my requirements in person?
Yes, we are happy to schedule you in for a meeting with one of our sales team. If possible this is always a great way to bring the item to us so we are able to measure what will be going into the case.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards as well as PayPal. If you prefer we do also accept Bank Transfer (BACS). For in stock items, you are welcome to pay upon collection by card or cash also.
Do you accept a purchase order?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do offer shipping worldwide and a shipping quote can be found in our shopping cart before ordering. If you have any questions or concerns beforehand please do not hesitate to contact us.
