Shipping & Delivery
Please note that we offer worldwide shipping, and the price for shipping will be calculated based on the final weight, location, and total dimensions of the items in your cart. To obtain an accurate delivery price, please add the desired item(s) to your shopping cart.
Once your items are ready, they will be dispatched and shipped using a courier service. The specific service or company used may vary to provide you with the quickest and most reliable service possible. You will receive tracking numbers for your shipment whenever applicable, which will be provided to you via email.
Please be aware that the "Lead Times" mentioned on our product pages are estimations of production time and are not guaranteed. The "Lead Time" can vary between products and does not include the transit time, which can vary depending on your location. We kindly ask you to consider this information before placing an order.

Privacy & Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
It is the customer's responsibility to return goods in good condition with all packaging intact. If goods are returned that cannot be resold as 'brand new' the buyer will only receive a partial refund
You should expect to receive your refund within ten days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
Any issues or problems with the order must be put in writing within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
If you haven't received your item, this must be reported to us within 30 days after dispatch.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item
Guarantee
All flight cases come with a 12 month guarante. The guarantee does not cover:
- General wear and tear only manufacturing defects.
- Damage as a result of misuse is not covered under the guarantee.
- The guarantee excludes castors and all internal foam / carpet.
NSP Cases reserves the right to request the product to be returned for inspection before warranty is granted.
This guarantee does not apply, however, if the usability is restricted by improper use or externally occurring forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g. deformation, body breakages, scratches wear etc.) or by liquids. We advise that flight or transport damage should be reported to the carrier (e.g. rail or airline company) in order to gain compensation from them.
To the extent permitted by law, NSP Cases liability is limited to the case and not the owner’s case contents, we do not hold the responsibility if the contents of the case is damaged.

All orders placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
- The product you ordered is out of stock.
- Non-authorisation of payment.
- We have identified a pricing or product description error.
- Miss-calculated shipping costs.
- There is a system or procurement failure; and failed customer validation checks.
- Other restrictions for the country you have selected which prevents fulfilling your order for delivery.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We do our best to keep prices as competitive as possible online, if you would like to be informed about our latest offers please sign up to our electronic newsletter or follow our social media channels.
Sales, Periods of Discount & Promotions (including Black Friday and/or Flash Sales and product discounts): Sale prices are ONLY available through our online website during the time advertised or whilst stocks last and cannot be purchased over the telephone or in-store. Discount does not apply to any custom cases or custom work within this period. This is a web-only offer and a discount is automatically applied. Automatically applied discounts may also not work in conjunction with other offers or discount codes advertised. Any telephone orders or orders via email may not receive the discount unless otherwise agreed. Please be aware that sale items may also have a longer lead time than advertised.
All sale prices advertised are base prices, which may exclude any optional extras and/or shipping charges.

No refunds will be accepted on any custom built flight cases that have been specifically designed for your order. This also includes any cases built to order via our online 3D Case Designer. If for any reason the fault is found to be of NSP Cases, we will organise the collection and either supply a new case or provide the necessary changes as agreed with the customer.
All dimensions need to be confirmed via email. Under no circumstances do we take dimensions for a flight case over the phone.
Special Offers, Price Reductions and Discount Codes do not apply to Custom Cases.
Flight Case Branding & Artwork Requirements
If you have selected Flight Case Branding, please provide your artwork in the required vector format to ensure optimal results. Delays in submitting artwork will impact your lead times.
NSP Cases does not offer design services or the creation of original artwork.
Artwork proof will be sent before production begins and while we take care to prepare artwork according to your specifications, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all details are correct. NSP Cases will not be held liable for any errors or omissions once the proof has been approved by the customer. We also ask that all elements such as barcodes or QR codes are accurate, scannable, and contain the correct information.
Once artwork is approved, it will be considered final. Therefore, the customer is fully responsible for ensuring all details are correct before approving the proof.
Full Digital Print Disclaimer: Due to factors beyond our control, slight colour variations may occur between orders or individual cases.
Flight Case Colour Panels: The colours displayed online are representative and may differ slightly from the actual product. Variations may occur due to differences in display settings and screen resolutions. As such, these colours should be used as a guide only. For a physical colour sample, please contact our team.
